The search has begun. The Tech Awards is currently accepting 2009 nominations. Every year we celebrate innovators who are applying technology to address some of the most urgent issues on the planet. Five laureates are recognized in each of the categories: Environment, Economic Development, Education, Equality, and Health and one laureate from each category receives a $50,000 prize. The stories are amazing, the results phenomenal. But it all has to start with a nomination.
