Training

The Education Reform and Management Thematic Group of the Human Development Education Network - World Bank organizes training events for World Bank staff at the headquarters and client countries.

This web page on training events serves two purposes.   First to inform participants of future training events.  Second to publish the content of past training events.

For the past two years, the Education Reform and Management has organized two different kinds of training events.  To access the training content, please click on the links below.

 

Education Ministers' Seminar Series
Using video conference technology, this training features current and/or former Ministers of Education who have implemented far reaching and innovative education reform in their countries.  The objective is too frankly share their experience with other high level policy makers and education managers in our client countries.

 

One Day Training Module
Conceived as an intense one day session for the education staff of the World Bank, this training uses the case study methodolgy to present the most recent research on country experience with education reform and key reform topics to strengthen work on education project.
