Pilot operation of the Nationwide Personal Credit Information Database. China. Pilot operation of the personal credit information database will be launched in mid-December, 2004, offering on-line credit information inquiry service to state-owned commercial banks, joint-stock commercial banks and city commercial banks in seven cities including Beijing, Chongqing, Shenzhen, Xian, Nanning, Mianyang and Huzhou.
