Fees Participation fee for the conference is $1000. A reduced participation fee of $900 is offered for registrations received before March 14, 2003. The fee covers all conference activities. It does NOT include accommodations. Payment must be received within 10 days after registration form is submitted to confirm attendance.

Cancellation Cancellations received after 12 midnight Eastern Standard Time (EST), April 12, 2003 and no-shows will forfeit 100% of the participation fee.

The conference will start at 8:30 am on May 5, 2003. Participants should allow enough time to pickup their name badges and reading material prior to the conference. Please be prepared to show identification upon entering the building.

Accommodations The conference participation fee does NOT cover accommodations. All participants must make their own hotel arrangements. When making a reservation, please be sure to mention you will be in Washington for the World Bank Conference "PPFM" on May 5-7, 2003.

Transportation from Area Airports From Washington Dulles International Airport (in Virginia, 30 miles from Washington, D.C.) · You can take a taxi directly to your hotel (approximate fare is $45) or · You can take an airport bus (approximate fare is $16) to the terminal in downtown Washington, from which you can take a taxi to the hotel at a cost of approximately $8, including tip.
From Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (in Virginia, just outside Washington, D.C.) · You can take a taxi directly to your hotel (approximate fare is $15, including tip) or · You can take the subway (Metrorail) to downtown (Washington, DC has a very convenient and safe metro system). Take the Blue Line metro towards Addison Road. Get off at Foggy Bottom Metro Stop which is only a few blocks from the World Bank and hotels.
From Baltimore Washington International Airport (in Maryland, 30 miles from Washington, D.C.) · You can take a taxi directly to your hotel (approximate fare is $70) or · You can take a super shuttle bus (approximate fare is $25) to downtown Washington, D.C.
