Disclosure Help Desk

The Disclosure Help Desk provides ongoing guidance on the application of the policy. The Help Desk also welcomes feedback on the different initiatives implemented under the revised disclosure policy and suggestions for improvement.

The Operational Policy and Country Services Vice Presidency is responsible for coordinating the review and dissemination of the Bank's operational policies and for managing the Disclosure Help Desk.


The Disclosure Help Desk offers the following services:

  • Guidance on the interpretation of the policy.

  • Referrals to World Bank's experts on disclosure and related policy issues.

  • Information on related areas of ongoing work such as country level learning pilots, the development of a translation framework and the upgrading of public information centers.
